Red Forrest products are shipped in secure recyclable packaging and premium gift boxes with embossed logo, unless specified otherwise at the checkpoint.
UK DELIVERY
UK delivery is free regardless of order value. Royal Mail Tracked delivery services are secure with end-to-end tracking and SMS and/or email notifications. Please give us at least 2 to 3 business days. If you require a faster service, please contact us at info@redforrestboutique.com.
DELIVERY TO EUROPE
Allow at least 7 working days for international tracking, which costs £12. Orders of £150 and over are shipped at the expense of Red Forrest Boutique.
Every country has a unique customs process. Buyers are fully responsible for customs and duty fees that may be applicable in their own country.
WORLDWIDE DELIVERY
Please give us between 5 and 14 working days. The fee for international tracking is £15.

DELAYED ITEMS
Please get in touch with us at info@redforrestboutique.com if your delivery has been delayed, and we'll help you find it or track it down via Royal Mail or the relevant postal services. We will make every effort to locate your order, but once it has left our facility and is in the custody of Royal Mail or another carrier, we cannot be held accountable for any delays.

RETURN POLICY
At Red Forrest Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your unique product, please contact us at info@redforrestboutique.com as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours after receipt of your purchased item. We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to seek a return.
Your item must be in its original packing, unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it to be eligible for a return. Additionally, we will require the proof of purchase or receipt
ITEMS THAT ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR EXCEPTIONS
Custom products (such as bespoke orders or personalised items) and earrings (for hygienic reasons) are among the items that cannot be returned. If you have any queries or worries concerning your particular item, kindly contact us
REFUNDS
After receiving and reviewing your return, we will let you know whether or not the refund was authorised. You will receive an automated refund using the original payment method if it is accepted.
